Emily Irene VanCamp (Canadian actress) is well-known for her leading roles in countless television series, but also her impressive performances on film. She is popular on both Canadian and American TV. Emily was first interested in acting when she watched her sibling Katie working on a film. She started taking classes in acting and auditions after realizing that she loved acting. She began with some commercials, but soon got the role of a child actor in the Canadian television show, Are You Fearful of the Darkness? She was only seen in one scene with no any dialogue. Her debut break came around the age of 15 when she got a role on the series of the WB called Glory Days as a regular. Emily's role in the show by WB Glory Days which ended up being cancelled nine episodes later, caught the attention and casting of Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Emily was also a dancer and photographer. Teen once named her one of the most talented actors under the age of twenty. Maxim listed her at 51 on their Hot 100 of 2014.
