Gerina-Piller
She was conceived on March 29, 1985, in Roswell located in the state of New Mexico. Gerina Michel Mendoza was her birth name. Gerina Stevenson is the daughter of Mexican parents Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. Her heritage is Mexican American however she has an American nationality. Since she was a child she has had a strong determination to be involved in athletics. Gerina started playing golf when she was 15 years old. Gerina finished her high school education through Goddard High School. As a high-school student she was the winner of in the New Mexico Golf State Tournament. She was a volleyball player and was also a participant in state tournaments. Her first college was at the University of Texas. As a senior, she was a winner in each tournament in which she played in. Through her college years she was awarded an award called the Conference USA Player of The Year award and The UTEP Female Sport Athelete Award.
